Common questions

Is my data private?

Tiny Rhythm keeps primary records on your device. Owned records can sync automatically to your private iCloud when iCloud is available, even if you never invite a caregiver. Sharing with another person requires an invitation. The app has no advertising or third-party analytics, and we do not operate a server that receives your routine records. Our website uses separate website analytics. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I share with a co-parent or caregiver?

In the app, open a baby's profile and use Family sharing to invite someone by their Apple ID. Sharing uses Apple's iCloud — you control who's invited and can stop sharing anytime.

How do I back up or export my data?

Go to Settings → Backup & export. You can save a backup file or a CSV for a profile you own. For a profile shared with you, ask its owner to export a copy. An exported file is a plain, unencrypted copy of your data — keep it somewhere you trust.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Delete all data clears local routine records and queues owned iCloud deletion and leaving joined shares. Reopen online with the same iCloud account to let cloud cleanup finish. External exports and device backups need separate removal; deleting app data does not cancel Premium. See the Privacy Policy for file-cleanup limits.

Does Tiny Rhythm give medical advice?

No. Tiny Rhythm provides general sleep education and scheduling support. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it does not claim to prevent SIDS. For concerns about your child's breathing, feeding, growth, illness, or anything that feels wrong, talk with your pediatrician.
